Annabel

Annabel founded Thrive Therapy Clinic with a simple belief — that everyone deserves access to skilled, specialist treatment that actually addresses the cause, not just the symptom.

With over ten years in the health and wellness industry, Annabel brings a breadth of knowledge that spans sports massage, deep tissue work, dry needling, e-stim, pregnancy massage and FaceUp advanced facial massage. Her approach is thorough, intuitive and grounded in a genuine understanding of how the body works — and what it needs to function at its best.

Alongside her clinical work, Annabel is also trained in the FaceUp™ advanced facial massage method — bringing the same deep tissue philosophy to the face, jaw and neck with results that are both therapeutic and aesthetic.

Annabel is currently accepting new clients for FaceUp advanced facial massage only. Her sports massage and deep tissue diary is reserved for existing clients.

Michelle

Michelle is Thrive's most experienced therapist, bringing over 16 years of clinical practice.sage therapy, Michelle spent seven years working as a physiotherapist in Brazil — building a foundation in anatomy, biomechanics and clinical reasoning that informs everything she does in the treatment room. She then spent a further decade specialising in post-operative care, working with clients through complex surgical recoveries and developing a precise, evidence-informed approach to soft tissue treatment.

That depth of clinical background sets Michelle apart. When she works with a client she isn't just addressing the presenting symptom — she's reading the whole body, understanding the history behind the tension and treating accordingly.

Michelle specialises in sports massage, deep tissue, pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage and TMJ care. Her TMJ work in particular draws on both her physiotherapy background and her years in post-operative care.

Her approach is methodical, thorough and deeply personalised — every session tailored precisely to what that client's body needs on that day.

Mayara

Mayara brings over 11 years of clinical experience as a qualified physiotherapist in Brazil.

At Thrive, Mayara specialises in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and deep tissue massage. Her lymphatic drainage work is delivered using the internationally recognised Vodder Technique.

Mayara has a particular passion for supporting clients through significant stages of their health journey. She has extensive experience working with post-surgical recovery, lipoedema management and pregnancy — understanding that these clients need not just skilled hands but a therapist who takes the time to understand their individual situation and adapt treatment accordingly.

Her deep tissue work draws directly on her physiotherapy background — combining manual therapy, movement assessment and soft tissue techniques to address chronic tension, postural imbalances and musculoskeletal pain with the same clinical rigour she brings to her lymphatic work.

Mayara's approach is both therapeutic and educational. She believes that understanding how your body works is part of the healing process — and takes the time to ensure every client leaves not just feeling better, but knowing why.

Katie

Katie specialises in advanced facial massage using the FaceUp™ method — a results-driven approach that works through the fascia, posture, breath and nervous system to release deep-held tension in the face, jaw and neck.

Her treatments go beyond the surface. Working with the body's own capacity to release and restore, Katie combines skilled manual techniques with a deeply attuned, intuitive approach — tailoring every session to what that specific body needs on that day. The results are both therapeutic and visible — sculpting, lifting and restoring while supporting genuine relaxation from the inside out.

What sets Katie apart is the depth of understanding she brings to the nervous system side of her work. With a background in social work and training in yoga — including yin and restorative practices — she has spent years studying how the body holds stress, trauma and tension at a physiological level. That understanding doesn't just inform how she works. It changes what's possible in a session. When a client feels truly safe and regulated, the tissue releases in a way that hands alone can't achieve.

Katie has limited appointment availability. Booking in advance is recommended.
